Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. That applies to first purchases of any hosting and care plan, monthly or yearly.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and merchant of record, Paddle. Request one at paddle.net using the email on your receipt, or email krissie@naturallyhumandesigns.com and we'll start it for you. Refunds return to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

You can cancel at any time from your billing portal. Your site stays hosted and cared for through the end of the period you've already paid for — we don't cut service off mid-month. After the 30-day window, we don't pro-rate part-used periods, but if something has gone wrong on our side, tell us and we'll make it right.

One-off design and build engagements are quoted and invoiced separately; refund terms for those are set out in the individual project agreement.
