The Suralink Main Platform Redesign focused on enhancing the onboarding experience, dashboard customization, and settings page updates to provide a more user-friendly, intuitive, and efficient platform for clients and firms. The goal was to modernize the UI, improve usability, and offer more flexibility in workflow management.

My Role
As the Project Manager and UX/UI Designer, I was responsible for:
Leading the UX/UI redesign of the Suralink dashboard, onboarding, and settings experience
Conducting user research and gathering stakeholder feedback to define project objectives.
Developing Product Requirement Documentation (PRD) and designing user flows.
Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Conducting usability testing to refine the experience based on user feedback.
Collaborating with developers to ensure seamless implementation.
